Skylab provides website audits, design, development and migration to modern technology.
The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a separate proposal or contract.
Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer.
A binding agreement is formed once a written proposal is confirmed by both parties.
Invoicing follows the agreed schedule unless the proposal states otherwise.
Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
The client provides access to the required systems, content and materials, and gives feedback within a reasonable time.
Delays in cooperation may affect the project timeline.
Rights to the final deliverable transfer to the client after the project has been paid in full.
Skylab retains rights to its general tooling, components and methodology.
Services are delivered with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project, except where the law provides otherwise.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.
